Tools will be displayed and presented during the on 27, 28, and 29 November 2009 at the International Conference Center of Cotonou, under the sponsorship of Dr Boni YAYI, President of the Republic of Benin.
Countries such as Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Togo, Guinea, and Mali will participate in the fair with the theme: ICT for Development, Education and Training in Africa
